Check to see whether a newer release of software is available on our official release software letter
If your Wattsense product is not updated, you must be aware of the following situations before updating:
- Update can take up to 30 minutes to complete
- Box or hub must be powered ON
- GSM antenna plug in
- Verify that it is placed somewhere with good network
To request an update, it is necessary to submit a request: Upgrade to the latest firmware
For the moment, users are not allowed to upgrade by themselves, to ensure protection against malicious tampering.
The installation process fails under the following conditions:
- If the product is power off during update
- If the network is poor
To determine when your update process is complete, you will be notified by e-mail.
