This article is about how to create a sub-organization in your admin organization.
To create a sub-organization, you must have administrative rights in the console.
If so, please follow these steps:
1. Go to organization tab
2. Click on "Create organization"
Then you'll have to fill in those information :
- Sub-organization name, Billing Contact: it is the main person to contact to renew the subscription or send the invoice. Technical Contact: it is the main person to contact for the configuration of the product. Notice that billing and technical contact are not mandatory
- And click on Save
Information about organizations and sub-organizations can be modified at any time by clicking the Edit button on the Organization tab.
You can now add users by clicking on the User Management tab.
