How to configure my Bacnet gateway?

This article details the procedure for creating a BACnet gateway in the Wattsense console.

In the Configuration / Gateways tab, click Create new Gateway.

 Enter the gateway name, the UDP port and the physical Ethernet connector on the Box (eth1 or eth2)

You can choose the UDP port between BAC0 to BAC9 in hexadecimal -> 47808 to 47817 in decimal, or specify a custom UDP port (Other value)

BBMD, FD

You can choose to enable a scenario (optional)

• BACnet broadcast management device
• Foreign device registration

Advanced options

You can also configure the following information in the advanced options of the configuration page:

myBACnetgateway appears in the list:

Then click Properties to continue configuring:

At this level you can add a property from the list:

Select the properties to redirect to the gateway and Save

Then send the configuration to the Box.
