This article explains how to allow Wattsense technical support access to the console.
For security reasons and by default, Wattsense support does not have access to your console's environment.
You can still temporarily allow access to technical teams for support intervention.
| Please note that the support's access rights will be identical to the user's rights granting access. For example, if the user has read-only access, the support team will also have read-only access. |
How to proceed?
Click the profile icon in the console header bar :
and select My profile
On the next page, go to the Support Tab.
Enable the Grant Support Access and specify the duration of this option
Use the Revoke access function to remove permissions.
